Scalp Issues

Hi everyone, my scalp problems begin around about this time last year. I remember on Xmas day scratching my head & the flakes falling thinking i have dandruff. As the itching got worse & the dryness i decided to go see a Dermatologist, he prescribed me Betnovate scalp solution & Capasal therapeutic shampoo & also told me to sleep in an oil i chose organic coconut oil. The itching stopped, the dandruff disappeared from the back on my neck & my crown but i was left with scaley scalp around my hair line. A few months pass i noticed my hairline looking a lot dryer so i decided to apply some of the coconut oil & boom it exploded a red rash all around my scalp & travelled all around my fore head. I noticed certain shampoos would irritate when i washed others wouldn't it would just stay looking dry. Second trip to the dermatologist he prescribes me Daktacort ointment for face & scalp & also Nizoral shampoo. Ointment clears my face but unfortunately not my dry hairline. Called to tell my derm he suggests using olive oil on my scalp doesn't work. 3rd trip to the dermatologist he is still saying his is unsure if it is dermatitis or psoriasis, prescribes Enstilar foam & Hydromol ointment. I have only been using for 5 days but so far no improvement. I'm really starting to think steroid treatment is not working for me & my derm is just playing a guessing game which is not fun when my hair/scalp is involved & i am paying £200 per appointment. Overall, i have a scaly dry looking hairline, no itching or redness unless i use a product that it does not like. No real issues with flakiness, does anyone have any suggestions?

Dandruff is simply caused by excess sebum accumulating in your head that causes itchiness. We sweat everytime, so we really need to wash these sweats including the sebum everytime we take a bath. Common reason is shampoo (especially containing selenium sulfide) that is not properly washed. *Simply wash your hair properly, *go to a brief sunlight and aloe vera.

I also have dandruff before even though I do not shampoo, I just put lemon and cucumber on my hair but I still have dandruff. I also eat healthy most raw and less refined sugars on my diet. Then I found out washing my hair properly removes my dandruff.
