Scalp lichen planus?

I have had OLP ( erosive) for almost 5yrs, diagnosed with Undifferentiated CT disease and hashimotos. . Recently i have been noticed i get very tender patches on my scalp that lasts a few days... it hurts to move my hair there.

I dont see and redness at all but it gets painful& itchy

Could this be scalp lichen planus ?

( i have also lost 1/3-1/2 my hair in the past few years ...waiting to see a dermatologist)

any opinions would be greatly appreciated
