Hi there,

Anyone experienced a crawling sensation on their scalp before? Also, is clumsiness another symptom of anxiety? The more I think about it the worse it becomes 😦

yes, take it from me who’s had anxiety for over 30 years, the Crawly scalp sensations and the feeling of clumsiness can be definitely related to anxiety. i’ve had them both on and off for a long time. And yes it is true the more you think about them the worse it gets because you are telling your brain that something is wrong so your brain responds with continuing the symptoms . The scalp sensations are simply tiny nerves in the scalp that get irritated with anxiety. any nerve in the body can I have this happen that’s why a lot of people complain about neurological symptoms when they have anxiety. Just try to relax your mind as much as you can and don’t focus on it. I find that when I help other people with things that I have far fewer symptoms because my mind is off of myself. And it feels good to help others. Anyway take care hope you’re doing well
