I'm suffering from scaly dark patches on my forehead for over 2 years, the scaly patch not healing over 2 years it keeps peeling the top layer of the skin on forehead, the skin not healing. The top layer of the skin peels every single day, please help what to do? I'm very depressed someone please help me my skin condition killing me with depression..

yes sir i have a pic and yes i have visited doctors, one doctor prescribed me clobetasol+salicylic acid +aloe vera cream but didnt improved, then next doctor only gave me lobate cream which is again clobetasol .. only corticosteroid not helping me at all.. plz help me im sick of this skin cells peeling off again and again for 2 years now.. when i put hydroquinone on the black patch the black spot goes away but the scaly skin remains and when i stop hydroquinone its again comes back.. what to do i dont understand
