Scapholunate ligament repair recovery time?

Hi

I’m interested if anyone else has had this procedure. I’m 4 months post op and still have some swelling and I’m a long way from having full power/range of motion in my wrist.

Would be good to know other people’s experiences of this operation

Thanks

Uuuggg yuk, Chris 46981,i new a lady Mrs Reyes, had a ligament reattachment, lower arm to her shoulder, she still isn't, same as before, she's in 70s, age probably has a good bit to do with it, I'm 55,had two ribs fractured in a auto accident in May, they told me it would heal on its own, in three months, been five months, if I lay on my left side for 30 minutes, I get stuck from pain, have to jam my cane underneath, wedge two shoes, for a fulcrum, and tell my dog buddy 🐕,to jump on the other side, to get me faced up, yeah really, then I can work my way up, real pain in the posterior, Uuuggg yuk, but I feel your pain, maybe rub some capsacin cream on it, with light physical exercise, on that area, remember, "don't use it, you lose it",will send you a cyber, energy surge, to your ligament, OK ttfn
