I had keyhole surgery for my arthroscopies, they just cleaned up and got all the sharp bits off. The holes were very small and now I can't see them at all.

I had 'minimally invasive' hip replacement 2 years ago, where they go in from the anterior side instead of posterior and once again, muscles are just pushed aside instead of cut. In that case I had no restriction on movement at all fllowing surgery because the muscle that holds the ball in the socket wsa not damaged. I was up and about and back to normal in about 3 weeks.
