Scar after hip replacement.

Hi all I wrote on this before saying that I was neverous about my hip replacement. As I said before I have avascular necrosis in both hips. I am getting my right hip replacement done in August as this is now there 3rd time responding it. I am 18 years old on Thursday. When I was younger I have operations after operations in total I have had 4 operations to do with my hips. On both of my hips I have scars the one on my right hip is at the top of my hip to down below. Ive been thinking would my hip replacement scar affect that scar? As at this moment I am getting a lot of bother with it as I am growing.

Thanks

I really though you would get more responces to this hun. Being just 17 you need advice from all the hippies. I don't think it will affect your scar or they might use the same one but l am sure more of us hippies can give you advice on anything you want to know. I know l will. And if rocket comes on he will tell you about his website that talks you through a day in the life of a hip replacement its really helpful. I can't rem the website address to hand but renee or rose or one of the hippies is sure to know. You are scared and young we need to support people like you. Thats what this forum is good for. Hopefully you guys will help megan who l know as you did me

    Thanks
