Scar like bumps on penis glans

I have those for about a month.

Noticed them right after a sexual intercourse.

First, I thought it was from harsh sex, but one month later they are still here.

When the penis is not erected I can barely see them. But when the penis is halfway or fully erected they are visible. Anyone has an idea what it could be?

    When erect do you see small blood vessels on your penis head? Any other symptoms? Itching or burning?
