Scar tissue or gw or something else :( scared

a brief recap:I applied 5% ACV to my glans penis (specifically right below my urethra) 2 times. once for 10 minutes but i was worried i didn't do it long enough so later on, i did it again for 15 minutes (this was in an attempt to make any suspect warts turn white). this resulted in a fairly bad chemical burn on my penis just below the urethral opening (also to a degree inside my urethra).but no white leasons turned up. since then a few days have passed and my anxiety has dropped tremendously. since the redness is nearly gone I wanted to post one more set of photos so that I can get an assessment on both the burns and GW. Since the clearing up of the spot, I noticed these line like structures that I circled in the photo that I'm pretty sure are just normal skin folds that are just revealing themselves due to the lack of inflammation. I have gone over my penis several several times and have noticed no growths or anything even remotely suspect, but I see the top of my penis a lot as all men do, the underside I'm not as familiar with.

to recap: I made a huge mistake and had vaginal and oral intercourse with a woman about 4 months ago. it lasted for honestly maybe a minute and the entire time I wore a condom (except with the oral) . no lesions or bumps appeared to be present at the time (orally or vaginally)
