I started on 15 mg 2 weeks ago. I got a great night's sleep but had some crazzzzy dreams. I immediatedly felt dizzy. My psychatist tol me to half it. No more dizziness. I did gain 2 lbs. in the first week. I am now keeping better track of my diet (Weight Watchers) bc the weight gain could have been from something else. Hope this helps some.
