Scared

hi I'm wondering if anyone has any advice , let me start by saying I have chronic ocd , stress , anxiety , panic and I'm honestly so frightened , terrified actually , all the time .... I have only been outside the house 5 times in 5 years , not once in 3 and a half years , complete isolation , no contact with the outside world , I've lost contact with everyone I know other than immediate family and my theripists , I've been bedbound for 3 and a half years and I mean bedbound , like I go days without moving not even for water or to go to the toilet , I can't concentrate on anything , my tv stays off incase something triggers the thoughts , I can't read anything , I stare at 4 walls in complete Silence , I cannot switch of its constant doom from the min my eyes open until I go to sleep and even then it doesn't stop , i have so many rituals and dark 5houghts , honestly that is just a tiny bit of it obviously being bed bound has worrying health issues to consider aswell along with a bad diet , I am rock bottom and honestly cannot see any light .... im concerned about symptoms I've been having , I noticed a small tiny lump in my abdomen slightly movable .... I then found more all over , some slightly bigger , some movable some not as much , a few tender some not , obviously the way I am I starting constantly touching them for a few weeks , they have become painful and I have stopped touching them but now they are paining me when I'm laying or when I do mange to sit up or stand on my feet , on and off stabbing an burning sensation , because of being bedbound and the way I lay I've noticed a slight hump forming of my neck because of what I think is poor posture .... I can't sit up with a straight back for long as my neck pains me when I try and straighten it , my symptoms are

small painful swollen lumps in abdemon

burning stabbing pains in abdemon and stomach

all of a sudden alot of nausea

alot of wind

constant burping

headaches

difficulty swallowing sometimes

breathlessness

neck pain

slight shoulder pain

painful shoulder blades

pain between the shoulder blades

mid back pain

really bad lower back pain

pain under both ribs

adjacent movable lumps on rib cage

pain on my sides just underneath my blades

slight groin pain

top of thigh pain

hot and cold flushes

General feeling of run down feverish feeling

fatigue

absolute white hot fear and panic

if anyone can relate please any advice would be very much appreciated just to know if anyone has felt like this or what it may be ,
