Scared about my vein.

I slammed my wrist down onto my desk and my vein looks like this, it enlarged at first and then it popped up a little bit.

This looks like a heamatoma - tender and a bit minging to look at but harmless, it should disperse in about 3 weeks.
If it is still there and painful after 4 weeks, see your GP. It may need a little help, but nothing to worry about.
