SCARED AND NEED REASSURANCE!

okay, so for about a month now ive have extreme gas bubbles built up in my chest, its felt like my insides were being squeezed everytime I would breathe. I couldnt use the bathroom, so the only way the gas would travel was up. however, I couldnt burp, so the pressure would rise and sit in my nostrils. This made me so dizzy and lightheaded. Now, thw bubble sits at the bottom of my esophagas, but it moves upward as I breathe. It causes me to feel like I cant get deep breaths. Sometimes it will sit in my chest like heartburn. The worst part of all is that it will often travel into my nasal passage and cause pressure and tension in my head and neck. It feels as though Im full of air and my heads going to explode. Anyone else ever felt like this?
