Get arm pain like burning or just pain and in fingers get jaw pain upper back pain stomach pain heart burn feeling sometimes . Shock feeling sometimes that goes away quickly asked a Er doctor about. The shock and he said it’s nerves . I’m scared people and I need comfort. Do you think I have worried my self to much and am causing this to happen.

I have some different symptoms than you but I can completely relate. I get strange pain, tingling, numbness, pressure in my ears and head etc. I feel consumed by it. Believing it is anxiety seems impossible given that it is constant and so distressing. I feel like it takes everything I am to just hang on to my sanity. Sorry if I sound dramatic, its just been a really bad day so far.

It is possible that you have some physical things going on, but the heart stuff is probably definetely anxiety.  That is rhe most common manifestation of anxiety... I hope you can find some answers. Something to help you through..

Thanks Carrie I hope you get better this stuff is the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with it. I think I’m going to die everyday and get scared and I can’t get it out of my head it’s almost all I think about I feel so exhausted and get freaked out by these pains

Thx Southport smile I know exact what you mean. Being terrified all day is so exhausting. I am not sure what to do. I havent got this figured out at all. Its been about 6 months, but it seems like an eternity. I wish I had some wisdom for you.  I have been trying guided breathing, but Im struggling to relax enough. Have you tried anything like that? I just always like to try a natural approach...

I tried pills and they didn’t work made me depressed and upset way to much so I’m on nothing my doctor tried to give me heart pills to slow my heart rate down but I think he’s a quack cause my resting heart rate is typically 60-65 and that’s fine it only gets fast when I’m nervous which is normal. And I try deep breathing sometimes and I am going to be seeing a physiologist idk how to spell that word. And I’ve been dealing with this since about September i have good days and other days bad and I feel like I spend all my time researching this and stuff and prob makes it worse. Wish we could wake up and be 100 percent normal again. I’m 22 male and normally tough but this stuff has worried me so much and I have been an emotional wreck because of it.

I have had mine since sept too. Normally I am the kind of person that avoids doctors. I very rarely feel like myself now and it feels so lonely despite support from family and husband. I feel like I should be better by now. I am seeking therapy, hopefully that will help. I am also doing what my doctors tell me and trying to trust them. I just turned 40 when this all started and I have been quite a healthy person, really into fitness. Its all just so confusing. sad

Yes, we have to try to be thankful for what we have :-) and dont give up hope. I have come through many bouts of anxiety and I’ve always learned something. I will be praying you can find a way forward toward peace again..

Yes, anxiety can cause all of those symptoms.
