Scared bc of head pain

hi everyone im 17 yrs old and recently i have been having really bad sharp and stinging pain on the left side of my head. it hurts rlly bad and only lasts for seconds then goes away. im rlly scared that it could be an aneurysm or something like that. i was diagnose with migraines from my neurolgist and also had an mri last yr and everything came out fine. i also heard that masturbating could possibly cause an aneurysm and i usually masturbate often and when i do i sweat and my heart goes fast. idk if this is normal. pls somebody help me i dont wanna die yet 😦 i also have rlly bad anxiety that im going to therapy for

    Sally, you're fine, you'll get those icepick headaches with stress, i get them all the time, CBD seems to work for me. keep strumming, that'll be the last thing that kills you. unless the world ends while you're having fun.
