If you don't have any other symptoms it's unlikely to be MS, and is more likely to be anxiety. I have had numb and tingly legs for 6 months, but not completely constantly (just most of the time). When I went to a doctor about it he said it was unlikely to be neurological as it wasn't constant and there were no other symptoms.

I've been having twitching and tingling random places all over my body but mostly in my bottom lip. Health anxiety tells me it's from cancer but common sense tells me it's from anxiety. I've had all kinds of scans and tests that came back normal. No MS found and no cancer. It probably is all due to anxiety but go get checked just in case to ease your mind.

I have a friend who’ve been diagnosed with MS last year (runs in her family).
These just sound like my typical anxiety symptoms and not her ms symptoms. Her whole left side went numb to the point she couldn’t use her left hand at all for awhile (when put on the right meds she was fine again tho). And she basically couldn’t move without feeling pain.

its not MS . I had the same thing happened to me in my 20s with tingling in arms and legs, floaters in my eyes, buzzing in my head pressure in my head, cramping, and many more. It turned out to be symptoms of long-term stress and anxiety.
Anxiety symptoms tend to show themselves in the neurological system. that’s why you get the tingling.
cramping and head pressure are not a symptom of MS, but can be from anxiety!
Im now in my 50s and very healthy!if i get really anxious, i may get tingling but i ignore it and it goes away.
get counseling for support of anxiety.
u are ok! There are some great meditations on YouTube for anxiety that have help me a lot!! ❤

Thank you so much for this. In December I turn 21 and this year my anxiety has really made itself present. I've just started mediations and I've recently picked up a few lavender scented things because I've heard lavender helps anxiety! I've recently started therapy as well. I'm just really tired of being scared all the time for no reason at all and I feel so alone. my thoughts are constant and never hush. im hoping I get better soon. i really do.
