Scared i have ms due to symptoms and lesion please help

hello

i have had a few repeat episodes of hand tingling which i believe has now progressed.

i now have

hand and arm pain

hand and arm tingling

tingling in my toes

eye pain

muscle twitches

head tingling

i have come to a point where i have convinced myself i have ms. i have had a scan on the brain and cervical spine which has picked up 1 lesion however this is being put down to an incidental finding as it has been present for many years.

i am due to see a new neurologist and i will push for a lumber but i just wanted to know how likely it is that i have it based on the fact the scan hasnt showed anymore lesions in over 10 years?

in addition to this can anyone tell me if the lumber tap is painful please and what to expect?
