I went to the doctors for thinking i have mouth cancer with different symptoms such as sores, ulcers, res throat but the dr checked my mouth yesterday not knowing if she picked up these red dots in my mouth and it had me very worried anyone able to help

Sounds like you need to go visit your local ENT doc if you can. When i had active EBV, i kept getting mouth sores and ulcers and red dots in the back of my throat. I was told it was just the lining of my throat and it will go away eventually.
