oh mate that sounds like you're having a terrible time, I'm so sorry. I get a lot of health related anxiety, usually around heart attacks, every little tingle in my arm or twinge in me chest and i start getting anxious. Health anxiety is definitely a thing and you're not alone here, but it sounds like you need to get help for your anxiety. Usually this is medication (anti depressants) or cognitive behavioural therapy.

Hey there, as someone around your age suffering the same sort of thing best thing i can recommend is keeping a notepad somewhere and every time you notice some sensation that stresses you out pull out a pen and write it down. write down the time it happened, how you felt when it started happening, and try to view yourself as if you were another person, and what they would probably think it is using logic. health anxiety sucks and the more you notice these things the more it happens. sometimes the human brain is too smart for its own good. if you think "I'm having an aneurysm", your brain responds with what it thinks is happening. i get that pain and surprise surprise, it can be caused by clenching your jaw which you do a lot unconsciously when you are stressed. do your best to stay calm and talk to someone you trust about potentially contacting Ewmhs (Emotional well-being and mental health services) and being put on the waiting list for Cognitive Behavioural therapy. In the mean time just try to distract yourself, find things to do and try to ignore any un- useful thoughts you get. Good luck ❤️
