Scared of brain bleed hit my head

so last week Sunday i was leaning down in my car and i lifted my head up and bumped my head not hard, i didn't black out or feel any pain it was very light but still i felt the impact i have very bad anxiety about brain bleeds and its been a week now no symtoms sometimes i feel out of it or have a small heachae but i went to doctors and she told me it could just be me getting better from covid i had recently and she wasn't worried about it, should i just stop worrying need someone to talk some sense into me.

    try to relax about this.

    you are mostly OK. Sharp and painful headaches, along with confusion, are often the first signs of brain bleeding. you said you have no symptoms . many people bump their heads without serious consequences. I know that I’ve whacked it a few times. The brain does have some layers of protection. So take some deep breath‘s and relax. If you develop any symptoms then you can go get it checked out again. So far everything seems to be OK and your doctor wasn’t concerned.
