Hi I went to the Er about 3weeks ago found I have a mass of 1to2cm on right kidney . Going to get Mri on 25th .scared of what mass is and of mri

Hi Peggy, I empathise with how you feel. I too had a 2cm mass show up on a scan, on my left kidney. A Urologist suggested to check it again in six months. That is coming up soon. They don't seem to take these things seriously till they are at least 4cm it seems. I am nervous to see if it has grown or changed. It's a worry isn't it. Let us know how you go with your scans.
