scared of pancreatic cancer

Hello everyone!
Back in March I started to feel a bit nauseous, not a big deal at least I thought. I am a 67 yr old woman. As time was passing I started to become nauseous about 4 to 5hrs after eating dinner. It then graduated to upper gastric pain & bloating which is painful. I have never vomited. NOTHING helped! Not Gas X, Pepto, etc. I do have acid reflux and IBS. I have had so many tests, bloodwork, endoscopy that showed mild inflammation on the esophagus, colonoscopy, 2 ultrasounds, 2 CT scans, all normal. I also had a 4hr gastric emptying test that I was told was normal. After 4hrs I was 91% empty. My gallbladder is fine along with all other organs. We are now into Sept and I am nowhere better. Back in 2017 I had a mild stroke. At that time I was overweight weighing 183lbs at 5'1. I hit the gym and managed to lose 45lbs. Because of the pandemic I could no longer go to the gym & thought I would probably start to gain back weight, but to my surprise I have not gained or lost any weight. I can eat anything with no problem and I don't get full fast and do not gain or lose weight. (weird) I get indigestion, bloating and nausea. I am taking Zofran for the nausea. My GI doc is now scheduling an US of the mesenteric arteries AND an MRI on the pancreas! If all 5 of my tests were normal, why is he scheduling an MRI of the pancreas? My anxiety is high b/c I don't know what is wrong with me & it has absorbed my entire thought process. I am petrified at this point.

Best of luck with your test results, its more than likely the docs are just being extra cautious. Have you also had your pancreatic enzymes checked?
All the best
