Hi Mads and welcome to this site,

If you read the previous posts you'll get a good idea about what to eat and also what can befall you if you overdo certain things  Don't think I'd class it as pooing myself - just an immediate urge to go but only somethimes and as long as you don't overdo the fat you'll be fine smile

Anyway, enjoy your holiday and start taking the little bluey's and look forward to a new you!!

    Hey Madeleine,

Welcome! Dont stress as long as you stick to about 15g fat per meal you'll be fine. I have only had 1 accident which was because i had no idea how much fat salmon contained!!! had a large piece with veg thinking i was being good!! the tablets aren't clever enough to tell between good and bad fat!!

I've been on the tablets just a little over 3 weeks and lost at least 8lbs!! going docs next week for weigh in.

Good luck, read some of the posts on here its great support and some are very funny!!!

    Kaz x
