Scared to come off zopiclone and clonzapam

I've been in hospital for 18 months just been discharged (mental health reasons) I've been taking zopI clone 7.5 for this time. My psychiatrist knows my concern and says shed give me zopiclone for a short period till I 'have a good sleeping pattern' which is never without zopiclone im scared that they'll leave me cold turkey as she didn't seem to realise the seriousness of withdrawAl. Any help appreciated

    I also take clonzapam prn. Im scared to come off that to but not as much as zopiclone I have auditory hallucinations and so worried I won't sleep at all without it

    Chrissy, can you explain to your Doctor that if she intends you stop gibvng you your meds then can you at least try to wean yourself off under her guidance? She must be aware of withdrawal symptoms?! Tell her that you have researched guidelines and you have concerns about stopping suddenly. If she is willing to wait until you have a good sleeping pattern, then she must also be aware that this can take time.

      Thank you pat. She also said for a 'short period of time' im scared I won't have any sleep at all when it stops but I will mention what you've said. Thanks again
