Scared to go to sleep after conscious sedation

Hello,

i had a endoscopy about 5 hours ago. it went pretty ok, dont remember most of it. they told me i would be at a bit higher risk for sedation because i have sleep apnea.

when i was in recovery my oxygen was at 91% which is pretty low. they waited until i was back up to 96 then let me go.

ive been very tired all day but im afraid to go to sleep thinking i may stop breathing and not wake up... is this possible???

No. It's not possible. It's quite safe to go to sleep.
