I am 20 years old and for some time on my penis and testicles the skin is a little different and there are large white pimples on it that can not be squeezed out, I have tried many things such as acne derm, horsetail poultice or salicylic alcohol but no change, I'm a virgin so infecting someone is out of the question please help.
