Scrotal and penile rash. Would love some feedback on this.

Been having this rash on scrotum and penis head/foreskin for about a month now. It started off just being a scrotal itch then eventually some urinary symptoms came about a week or so after and some rashiness around foreskin and some splotchiness on penis head. Urinary symptoms included frequent urge to urinate and this sensation in tip of penis that just feels like a bit of pressure, might get a quick stingy sensation here or there. Urine stream has been a bit off here and there and seems to be weaker at times. Also, noticed that after masturbating, I'd be peeing like a damn garden hose with a thumb over the hole, just everywhere. It'd normally chill out by the next day and return to a more regular stream. So, laying off the masturbation for now. First thing I did was get some STI testing. I went to a walk-in clinic and got a basic panel which included the following: HSV-1&2, Chlamydia, Gonnorhea, Syphillus and HIV. All came back negative. So next step, I went to an Urgent Care thinking it could be a yeast infection I caught from my significant other since she had one, treated it and got rid of it all around the time this crap popped up. Also, tested for a UTI which came back negative and culture showed nothing in urine. So they prescribed me some Ketoconazole cream 2% and a pack of two pills (Flucanozole). Didn't help. Went to a Primary Care doctor. Said he thought it was jock itch. Prescribed me another cream and a daily dose of Flucanozole for two weeks. not getting rid of anything. Scrotal itch seems to be a bit better. But I'm also doing my damnest not to scratch in hopes it helps heal it. Anyways, I'm awaiting an appointment with an Urologist next week. And I've been such a neurotic wreck obsessing over these symptoms and googling everything and second-guessing my STD results. So any good feedback here on what this could be would be so appreciated.

Maybe I didn't have the best lighting for the redness
Can you see in this image the irritation I'm pointing out?

is the irritation on the head of the penis or underneath where the foreskin is when you pull it back? does it itch ?

Irritation is on head of penis and a little on foreskin underneath. I'm not sure if the pictures do it justice. Take a closer look if you can. It's itchy around foreskin and on head, but not always. The itchiness comes and goes in waves. I mostly feel the itchiness in scrotal area, but I've been very adamant about not scratching. And that seems to be helping with the healing process a bit. Just have no clue what this could be.

hey Doug
ive been having similar symptoms on my glans (no rash on testicles tho). sometimes my glans tingles and sometimes it burns... red dots all over and redness underneath the foreskin, to me it almost feels like the blood supply is struggling to tot to the end of my penis, it looks bloodshot. i have also been suffering with constant and sometimes severe lower abdominal pain. i was tested for all std's (barring hsv as i had no blisters) i was also more recently tested for yeast infection. all negative. i went back to my doctors this week and was found on rectal examination to have a enlarged prostate gland (the doctor seemed quite certain that this would cause all my symptoms) i am now on a 2 week course of cyprofloxacin (extending to 4 weeks if no improvement) and ibuprofen 3 times a day. the diagnosis is prostatitis, this can be caused by a yeast infection travelling up the urinary tract an infecting the prostate. i am 2 days in on the treatment and no noticable improvement as of yet. will keep you updated

Just want to give a little update on my situation for those who may be following this post or have similar issues. Seems like everything for me has pretty much cleared up on its own at this point. Penis tip is a little dry so I've been putting a very small amount of eczema cream and it seems to be helping. But I'm applying nothing else. Cleaning penis with just water and patting dry everything really well after showering. Scrotal itchiness has gone down tremendously and redness has chilled out. Whatever urinary symptoms I had have pretty much cleared up. I suppose my extreme anxiety and focus on my symptoms may have been contributing to everything. After my urologist said he didn't see anything to worry about and to just leave everything alone, I had much more peace of mind and that was the trick I guess. I also work outside, so the winter was probably causing whatever was going on down there. Those of you out there that have anxiety/worry issues, my advice is to try real hard not to utterly fixate on what you're having and obsess over it. Easier said than done, I know. But the mind is a powerful thing and its quite possible for you to convince yourself you have a terrible problem when in fact you don't. Hope this helps in some way. Best of luck to everyone out there trying to solve their mystery symptoms problem. I wish you all the best.
