Scrotum freckles

So out of boredom I was checking my balls and I seem to find a lot of small freckles on my scrotum. I have no symptoms at all of anything but just wanted to know why would I have these random freckles on my scrotum

    Like I can find many little small black dots with flash on direrctly in my scrotum

    It's pretty normal to have freckles on your scrotum. If they turn blue it means they are blood vesicles that arise somehow and they are also not a problem. Unless you start having some issue with it spots on your body usually aren't an issue unless it changes color. You can post images with a desktop/computer which would help us identify if it's anything else

    So from these images you can see freckles, some bigger , small very small . they are just flat brown spots on there. i dont think its angiokermatoma because that is more of a raised purple thing that bleeds. mine is just flat brown spots scattered around. no symptoms what so ever except for freaking out.

    Hello, the freckles do seem oddly colored so I would not worry unless it changes in color grows outward or your inguinal lymph nodes start to swell. Aside from that, did you have an eppidiectomy- removal of the eppididymis or is that your penile raphe?

      Yes that is my penile raphe because I’ve never removed my epidymis .

      Looking at google images scrotal skin cancer is very rare thing and typically has nothing to do with black dots so I don’t think this is cancer. I’m just still confused about why I have so many freckles.

    Trust me man, I have one freckle on my scrotum -it worries me. Even though I study urology it worries me to no end. I only asked about what seemed to be a scar was because I've had an eppididymis removed and I wanted to know your reason. I say oddly colored because they are much darker than the ones I've seen. That's not something to worry about because everybody is different and no two diagnosis are the same. The thing about freckles is that they seem to pop out of nowhere so do yourself a favor and just keep an eye on them - like you would when you do monthly testicular checkups for lumps smile

      From what I’ve seen though there is not much to worry about having black dots on the scrotum every where I read . People say it’s either angiokermatoma which is benign , normal freckles or normal moles . I haven’t seen any cases of people getting malignant black freckles on their scrotum. And I just wish I had seen these earlier because I don’t know how long I’ve had these freckles for

      I understand having a few freckles but I’m just taken back by having so many freckles. Why do you think I have so many ?

    I would guess genetics hahaha. Unless you have an angle kissing you in the wrong places 😉
