Sea Salt Bath cures bv
Posted , 11 users are following.
After trying yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic, hydrogen peroxide, antibiotics from my doctor, and probiotics this has been the most promising “cure” so far. 7 cups of warm clean water and 1/2 of sea salt and all symptoms are gone. It’s only been 5 days but I finally feel like a normal woman again! Along with the bath I did once a day for 3 days right before bed, I took a 10 billion liquid probiotic I found at Whole Foods. Must be the kind you refrigerate because it has the most live cultures unlike the knock off pill ones.

Thank you for taking time to share your method. This one is next on my list to try. Like so many other women I have tried it ALL. Most things work for a couple of days and then it's back. It's probably never really been gone. Anyway, I am off to buy sea salt.

hello can you give an update. is it still working for you? i have been suffering with bv for about 5 years. i believe it was after i was given antibiotics in the hospital for a uti. ive tried the metrozole gel and it worked temp but thn came back ans i have just been dealing with it. i recently went back to the dr cause im just sick of the smell i know others can smell me if i can smell. i was again prescriced the gel but really dont want to take it cause im nervous about the side affects. i tried this for 1 day and it helped a little im sure if i did it longer it would of helped.
