There is a lot of girls who use [b:77f25e57c8]pure [/b:77f25e57c8]lavender oil in their baths....A couple of drops or so only helps the healing process....I was told not to use salt just gentle warm water for washing and no soap either!!! The lavender has great soothing and healing properties and you need so very little it lasts a long time....

Hi there I have salt baths every day when it's flaring up and at other times just when I need them. They help me but may not help other people. I put about a handful of ordinary table salt in a shallow bath and it gives me enough relief to get off to sleep afterwards. Recently started using extra virgin olive oil to wipe after peeing and that is helping. Good luck and hope you find some relief.
