Seasons Greetings

Dear All

I wish you two things

No 1 May Your PMR take a long walk off a short pier in 2010 or maybe just take a hike.

No 2 May your sense of humour prevail during trying times.

Best Wishes and I leave you with this:

“Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.” G. Randolf

and \"May your Gods Go With You\" D. Allen.

Mrs K - Thank you for those Seasonal good wishes and lovely sayings - you certainly have been a \"great friend\" to all of us with all the hard work you have put in to amassing so much information and circulating it to us over the last couple of years. May 2010 be very kind to you and yours and hope it sees your GCA take that \"walk off the pier\".

I hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year and that this horrible weather doesent spoil everyones plans !! I also hope that everyones PMR either goes away and if not improves dramatically I had another Hot Stone Massage on Saturday and my shoulders and arms feel a lot better ( Thats where all my money will be going next year !!!!) I was a bit fed up with having had to increase my dose from 4 to 5 so just checked the records and I was on 12.5 last year and went down to 10 in the New Year so that is an improvement overall When I had the illness before I was on 2mg by now and much better so next year I am going to be positive and accept this is a different 'Brand ' of PMR asnd take what comes Off to Lanzarote on Thursday (Weather Permitting ) !! so hope the warmth helps Best wishes to all and thanks for all the help on the website this year Mrs G

Very happy Christmas to one and all. Thank you for all the time that those of you who are prolific posters put in. I am sure there are many like me who visit for reassurance and information although don't feel they have much to offer in the way of advice to others. Words can't express the comfort I have gained from knowing I am not alone and realising that this is a condition that needs to be self controlled. In this season of Goodwill may you all be healthier and look forward to a rosy future. Many thanks

I'm snowbound in Basingstoke and for once enjoying using PMR as the perfect excuse not to venture out of the house!! I hope you all have a very peaceful and happy time at Christmas, don't overdo it - who cares if dinner is late or you didn't get round to making a Christmas pud. Let's hope that the New Year brings a little more understanding of our cantankerous illness, that we can evoke a little sympathy on bad days when our cheeks are still round and rosy! And that a size 16 becomes more fashionable than a size 10!! Take care and very best wishes.

PS: Thank you to all those who have helped me on this site during my first few months with PMR.
