Seborrheic Dermatitis in ears

Been getting this for years now in inner ear and itch is sometimes off the charts and wild manic scratching ensues....Hydrocortisone 2% cleans it up for a coupla weeks but always makes a comeback when i stop cream.

I have noticed my various online hearing tests have been very poor and wondered if perhaps there was a connection and perhaps my hearing could be improved by a good pro clear out and management?

Think I will speak to GP and ask about an ENT referral.....what ya think folks....any of this make any sense or ring any bells? 😃
