Second Medical Assessment urgent!!!

Hello,
I have been in a long standing illness with depression, anxiety, asthma, Panic attacks, and IBS.
I am on ESA I went for my Medical assessment in london Marylebone assessment centre on the 13/may 2015, I started feeling panicky, and felt very anxious, I was with my brother, as I am affraid of public place.
In the waiting room, I could not breathe, I hyperventilate, and when the Health assesser called me in with my brother, I even felt worse, my guts and my whole body went numb and i was shaky in the room.
I could not stand it no more, she could not ask me any question, soIi ran away from that building, crying saying i want to be home.
She said we dont have to do that today.
A few years ago while living in East london , the same things happen during the medical assessment in Euston London, but I receive a letter saying I was unfit to work.
Two days letter I received another letter saying that they rescheduled another appointment for 7/june 2015.
Since the first appointment I am an emotional wreck, I had diarrhea for 5 days continue, My emotional state and physical state are out of control. It was a real torture, having to go there, amongst people around me, which I can't cope with that. What would they want to put me through that again!!!
I want to know about my right, do I need to attend that second appointment, even though I already went, when I called them and ask them, is it a mistake I already came, why would you want to see me again, they said on that day I was unfit at that time, and they could not complete the assessment, what do they expect, the lady read my medical record and knew my whole mediccal story.
I do not want to go again,by the law do I really need to go, I do not want to go through the pain, and trauma again!!
Since I went i feel even worse, i am dead sick in my guts, and I had to increase my medication.
Please any healp would be appreciate.

Firstly, *hugs*
Next, have you spoken with an adviser from your local Citizens Advice Bureau? They should have an outreach adviser who can make an appointment to see you at your home, or somewhere you feel comfortable, with anyone you choose to be present for support.
I am not an expert on ESA, especially as the assessments seem to regularly change, but I have good research skills, should you need me to put them to use for you. I was refused ESA without the medical assessment, but won the appeal with the help of CAB.
I also have some techniques for helping cope with depression and anxiety, and some information from a friend who's got their IBS under control - feel free to send me a private message if you would like any or all of this information.
I'm not trying to say that I can cure you, but it may help you cope a bit more. I know what it is to have the diagnoses, yet be housebound, feeling that you're just 'surviving' ( if we can call it that) but not 'living'.
You may find (a CAB adviser would probably know this) that if you react the same way (which would seemingly be the case), that the authorities will have to accept that you don't have 'good days', and have to deem you as still unfit for work. Also, please take this written reaction of symptoms and onset created by the first assessments with you, and ask that your brother to read it to them on your behalf - after all, the whole situation exacerbated most of your symptoms, and it's vital that they understand this.
Best wishes, and more *hugs*, I'm here if you need me,
hanb
