Second Opinion? Is this herpes, Folliculitis, Yeast infection, or other STD

So me and my partner had like a week of frequent rough sex. I took a plan b Thursday and notice soreness around my vagina opening and anus Sunday. I had similar pain when i used nair to remove hair, which i did. I didn't think much of it tell today. I looked down and saw these things, which i thought would explain the pain. I went to the ER. I mentioned the bumps and before i could even tell them my other symptoms. I was looked at and diagnosed with genital herpes. I didn't have a test at all. All i did was give a urine sample, which showed high white blood cells. I Could be in denial, but i don't believe this is herpes. My only common herpes symptom is pain when urinating but that could be a many of things.

It does look like herpes- there are a number of superficial ulcers on the labia and also on the perineum (the bridge of skin between the vagina and anus). I'm a bit surprised they didn't take a swab for herpes to confirm the diagnosis but I'm assuming they started you on aciclovir.

those look like moluscum (pray that it is, it's not as bad as herpes or HPV), easily removable.
