Secondary hyperparathyroidism

My endo diagnosed me with secondary hyperparathyroidism. He said low vitamin D was the cause although it was low normal but not below normal. Anyway I've been taking vitamin d since October. My vitamin min D level has improved a bit, from 34 to 41 but my pth has gone up not down, from 94 to 101.

I now have polyuria, hair loss just won't stop, diarrhea, loss of appetite. Low mood, low energy. Basically im not getting better. I just finished a year on steroids and now have osteoporosis and take bisphosphonates. I guessing my pth going higher instead of coming down isnt good for my osteo. Anyone out there with similar experience? I seriously question the doctors handling.
