Secondary hypothyroidism?

I developed itchy skin around my eyes 8 weeks ago followed by intermittent blurry vision, watery eyes and stuffy nose. I’m so tired all the time and can ache just going up stairs. My eyebrows are looking patchy. 3 blood tests later my TSH has dropped below normal range but T3 and 4 still in normal range (these were only tested the last time so I don’t know if they have dropped too or are rising).  I’ve seen a dermatologist and eye specialist who are a bit stumped. GP not pushing for anything. Meanwhile my life is intolerable. Does this sound like secondary hypothyroidism? The only other thyroid disorder with a below normal TSH would be subclinical hyperthyroidism?  Being tired is bad enough but itching is horrendous. I’m usually fine in bed and when I wake up but the itching starts anytime from 11 onwards until I’m asleep and I can’t take this!

Well.. it could be hyperthyroidism, a pituitary problem or it could be normal for you.  But.. being you feel so awful, I'm going to say that it's not YOUR normal for your TSH levels to be so low.  I would definitely ask your doctor for a referral to an endocrinologist, which specialize in thyroid and pituitary issues.  They will be able to help you better than any family doctor.  It sounds like you definitely have something on, but without the proper test, there's no way to know if it's hyperthyroidism or a pituitary issue.  Best wishes sweetie..
