Seeing a doctor and more!

Hey guys. So I did some more blood tests for adrenal fatigue and what not but came back negative. I went to an internist who is familiar with CFS and we talked and what not and he doesn't think I have it based off of the people he's seen with it. I don't know. Anyways, when all this began 6months ago I was much worse. I've definetly improved and things are getting better? Good sign? My headaches aren't as terrible, I'm tired all the time as usual but manage, no post exteriors malaise besides maybe being a little more sleepy, can concentrate. Hopefully I'm improving which would be nice! Just wanted to give some tips to you guys. What I started doing about a month ago was going about 95% gluten free (the other 5% being accidentally eating gluten haha). I've increased fruit intake and vegetable. 3 weeks ago: increased 500mg vitamin c intake to 1500mg. That had seemed to make a difference a bit. QUESTION: whenever I'm with my girlfriend, my symptoms subside. I feel more alert and no headaches... Why is this? ALSO, keep a good mindset guys!!!! It helps!! My dad and I go to the gym together and it's good! I don't think it's all in our heads but lying in bed all day is making it worse. If you "cant go out" you must try. Your body needs to wake up a bit. Take care everybody!!!

dad being close.
I am trying to go out and have managed a couple of times now..
I desperately need to get out.
I have managed 26 NVQ qualifications while coming off diazepam.
I now have signed for a level three computer course it starts next Wednesday and Thursday next week for five weeks. I hope my brain is up to it.
Its ok that as we will all be working so it's not too much of a threat. X

I have a good friend with ME and she is now working with BCAA's....branch chain amino acids.... she is very into good nutrition etc and probably pretty gluten free too. She tried everything and helps me a lot as I deal with OA and FM stuff....
Pantothenic acid B5 is good for more energy and so is Ribose which I take both...
Good that you are feeling better now. Joy 76 US

See us females are good for males - we are not just naggers . Better hold onto her I think.
My first thoughts are that you didn't have ME/CFS. You had another horrible thing. If it really was the method you have described to get rid of it that you have done I would of hoped the research scientists would of found your method before now.
I am really, really happy to hear that you are regaining your life and your socialising with your Dad and girlfriend. Their distraction and support is doing wonders for you.
