Hey I stared seeing black and white dots a few weeks ago after smoking some weed, I have been to the opticians and they said my eyes are fine, I only see the dots if I look at the sky or a clear wall,  anyone help with this? It’s so annoying

Perfectly normal. Smokings not good for you though, restricts the blood vessels.

I know you said it’s normal but is it normal for this to stop me sleeping at night?

Floaters. Minor imperfections in the vitreal gel. The gel loses its structure as we age and becomes more liquid, collagen fibres are released which are translucent so only show up against a bright background.

At night, it is a different light pattern that disturbs my sleep. It's like geometric shapes and sprakly glowing dots that move. It does disturb my sleep. How old are you? How long have you been dealing with this?
