Seeing Dots and Blood Flow in Vision

Hi, I'm looking for some help..

Dots:

I've been seeing what looks like a dot in my vision off and on for the past year. The effect is simple, it looks like a small ring that floats around (assumed to be a floater). Problem being the frequency of occurrence. Any time I'm in a bright area I more than likely will have at least one of these dots in my field of vision. This affects both of my eyes and I haven't been able to figure out what triggers it. Often, I can also see these dots when I blink rapidly OR when not wearing my glasses. They are very small, pin-point shaped, circular dots. (See Attached Image for What it Looks Like)

Blood Flow:

Since I had a cardiac ablation in August of 2019, I have been noticing dotted lines in my field of vision in sync with my pulse. They are noticeable on bright backgrounds to varying degrees. That said, I can accentuate the effect by pressing on my upper or lower eyelid and see dozens of these pathways. Is this normal?

I have seen 3 Ophthalmologists, 2 Optometrists, and 3 Neurologists. I've had an 2 MRIs, 1 MRA, and multiple visual scans of my retina - no tears noticed but some latticing. I'm really just concerned about the dots I'm seeing at this point; any recommendations?

Thanks

the dots and lines in vision after a cardiac ablation are a common side effect but should not last more than a month. You may need a vascular specialist, but go back to whoever did the ablation and ask their advice before you do anything else.
