Seeing thing that aren't there but disappeared when I try to recognise it

I sometime see things like people's faces and stuff that aren't actually there but since yesterday when I'm trying to read some text I'm seeing some other text that I couldn't recognised. It's like a text that I read somewhere but I couldn't able to remember. It happens multiple times yesterday and twice today. some time when I see this ghost text image I try to remember and it feels like I was really really close to remember it but it disappeared and I see the normal text I'm actually reading. It's really frustrating. Anyone else faced this type of problem
