Hello,
I drink on average 5 units per day. That is about 2 large beers or the equivalent in wine. I have a family and a job which are both important to me. At the end of the day I feel very anxious and struggle to resist drinking. I am not aware of this impacting my health but I feel very guilty about it. Any tips?

anxiety is the number one reason most drink alcohol. do you want to cut down ?

Hello. Sligthly above recommended level but not much. Perhaps try one day weekly no drinking?
