Seeking advice on strange health issues

hi ive been having very weird health symptoms since taking duromine tablets in the last 12 months, i only took the 15 mgs and onky fir about 3 months, i am also on zoloft and maxalt wafers fir migraines, first i got shortness of breath which at first i dismissed as on the facebook page i follow alot of people taking DUROMINE complained of this problem but everyone says it passes ,then my fingernails started completely changing shape, they turned wavy and were slightly turning over at the ends and the laluna started disappearing and changing colour , one day i had bleeding under my fingernails and on my fingers which totally freaked me out, my fingers and hands have also been burning and my thumb joint swelled uo and has been so sore, my hios been sore fir about 12 months and now my foot joint is starting to ache as well , i still have a dry cough and shortness of breath, i was freaking out that the durimine coupd of damaged my lungs or heart but ive had 2 chest xrays a high resolution chest Ct scan and a stress echo done all which are completely normal bar a small 3mm granuloma in the lung which they said is nothing to worry about, they just re check it in 6 months , so far all blood tests have been normal including full blood count , my liver is slightly abnormal bug i have been having issues with it for a few years now, all auto immune have come back normal AnA, CRP ANS ESR ALL NORMAL MY ANION GAP HAS BEEN LOW THE LAST 2 blood tests but otherwise everything else is okay , im open to any suggestions the shortness of breath has been driving me nuts, i have added some pictures of my toe nails, they have a distict red arc in the laluna which is odd ??? i also have 60 nodules on my thyroid which i get ultrasounded every months with no changes image

    Have you been hospitalized? You have multiple problems that need attention. Suggest you check into a hospital E/R where they can assess your situation and give you the proper treatment.
