Seizure anxiety

This past week I've been horribly anxious about seizures. I don't know why, but it's just one of those things I read about once and become completely invested in, in the worst possible way. I'm used to it by now but that doesn't make it any better.
Two days ago, something strange happened. I was on my computer typing when suddenly, i felt a weird leap in my chest and my arm jerked forward a bit, and my vision went white for a split second. I had a massive breakdown, thinking to myself that I had had a seizure. Eventually I calmed down and it didn't happen again.
Then yesterday, I was in bed at around 11pm browsing my phone and I put it down to lay down. I 'woke up' around 1 am with my head up, resting on my arm, with zero recollection of having fallen asleep. For some reason this screamed 'seizure' to me, and I was 100% convinced that that's what had happened. (The fun side of me would like to think I was abducted by aliens, but the anxious side is really being a downer.)
Finally today, I experienced another arm jerk-the same arm as before, once again while I was on the computer. My arm suddenly lurched forward like a hypnic jolt, and I actually cried because of how scared I was. I called my nurse and they asked me a bunch of stressful questions and now I'm sitting here, almost like I'm lying in wait for the next one to happen.
I have no idea what to do in this situation. I want to go to the doctor but I'm sick of visiting them and they're sick of me as well. It's so tiring sitting here thinking about seizures all day, looking up things on Google that give me panic attacks, and just overall feeling like I'm dying. I'm even considering stopping my buspirone for fear of another bout of serotonin syndrome.
Anyone else have anything similar to this?

Do you suppose it could be the buspirone doing it? It's very new to me, I've been taking it less than a week. I don't recall reading a side effect on the guide like this but then again, I didn't read them all...

Please consider going back to your dr to discuss and possibly request a referral to a neurologist although I recall you saw one who told you that you did not have epilepsy.
The nurse has to ask questions in order to assess you qand present the wide picture to the dr .
He or she may refer you to a neurologist to evaluate you. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.
Take care.
