Seizure episodes for over a year and possible brain tumor.

About a year a half ago I started getting this episodes as I would call them with shaking and convulsing. No lost of consciousness and pass out tried afterwards. I had a sleep deprived EEG and it came back normal. I had a up coming back surgery and it was thought that it was stress induced. They continued even after surgery. On August 7th I went into the ER after a episode where I was unable to speak for ten to fifteen minuets after the episode. They did a CT scan and there was a possible small calcified meningioma. Probably not big enough to cause symptoms.

Where it gets complex and abnormal is that I have been having other neurological symptoms as well. Starting after the spine surgery. Leg weakness, knee buckling, nerve pain, and numbness to name a few. After extensive imaging of the spine which included a cervical myelogram, 4 MRIs, a 4 X-rays, and 2 CT scans they couldn't find a cause for my lower extremity weakness.

Neurological exams shows deficiencies as well as the EMG test. Doctors don't believe I am having seizures and don't have a answer or an explanation for the episodes or the neurological symptoms . I am now at a lost of what to do. I have seen two Orthopedic surgeons, a Neuro Surgeon, and a Neurologist.

I have also tried looking towards other things like Hypothyroidism and other blood deficiencies like iron and B12. Everything has been acceptable in my blood labs.

So any ideas would be great.
