Self cath’ing for edema associated with heart disease

I have 2 heart attacks in 4 years.  I have done very well overcoming, the worst symptoms and lived a normal life until this year.

I am on none of the typical drugs and I could go on & on here sharing my knowledge but I am in a crisis as to a being 25 lbs overweight from edema

I have finally found a KP cardiologist that agrees that a catheter an night along with a mild lasix dose would allow for the best diuretic effect seeing as I am an insomniac.  Daytime lasix would be at a reduced dose.

The typical doctor there thinks 120 mg dose of lasix is not a problem.

I got into this “water hole” by the stress of a devorce and sleep problems as well as a hemorrhoid.

My routine to keep edema off for the last two years was very successful.  After a pond day at physical work some swelling would appear inspite of compression hose.  I would have to take 20 mg lasix the next day and this did me fine.  What I propose is no different than what was done to me in  ICU at the first attack.

Yet this Friday the Urologist refered by my cardiologist made 2 atemps to cath me each time the stiff latex cath failed and blocked its own outlet went the angle under my pants was bending the penis greatly. I am also so sore from my reaction to the KY jelly he refuse to try again and will not opt for a modern cath and some lidocaine.

I now have lawyers  and bringing a suit against KP

So I hear that some online suppliers will provide catheters without a script.  If any know of good suppliers online please PM me.

Thank you very much.
