Hello Folks, I just wanted to share some information that might be of some help to you. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, this all started when I begin suffering from meniere's attacks of abrupt violent rotational vertigo, with severe nausea. I would try to anticipate the next attack. I would try to make my work schedule around being very ill. Anyway There is a app for both android and iphone that is called (SAM) Self-help Anxiety Management. This app has helped me somewhat. The app has several features and even has the ability to reach out to other anxiety sufferer's. There are many features to include relaxing sounds which can help some with tinnitus also. The app has a particular feature that allows you to tryp in something that is bothering you, and then you can blow up that problem and it disappears from the screen. However it doesn't make the actual problem go away but it is fun to destroy it! The app is free in the android or Itunes store.
I just thought this might help someone, if it helps even one person, then we have accomplished something positive today.

More good information, thank you. Anxiety, panic attack, and depression, all seem to part of the phychological Truman when dealing with Meniere’s.. I try and combat those three with exercise, meditation, and trying to find something poasitive in each day. I try and stay away from as many drugs as I can. But when necessary, I don’t hesitate to use them. Keep the good information coming.

Hello Jim, Thank you for your response. I would just like to help anyone I can. This is a dreadful disease that turns an individuals life up side down. It shut me down and forced me into early retirement. The disease is a battle, The SSA was a battle. It took me years to get financially stable. Having to accept the fact that I can't work anymore and giving up my business that I built from the ground up. It saddens me to think of how many people are suffering with this disease, I know how tough it can be.
Best Wishes, Bertman
