Self help books

Hi all

Could anybody recommend any good books worth reading about helping with alcohol addiction? Have got the Allen Carr one and Mrs D goes without (which I'm currently reading).

Am trying to do this through my own willpower and wondered if there are any other books that may help me?

Any recommendations greatly received!

Many thanks

The Cure for Alcoholism by Roy Eskapa, but that is about The Sinclair Method, a medical treatment and not about using pure willpower. It's worth a read even if you only want to know the medical reason why your body reacts as it does to alcohol.

Seconded, especially the bit about your body/brain and its interaction with alcohol.
