any tips or advice will be much appreciated smile

    Hi Sarah:

Hopefully today is an up day for you, WE all know how that goes when one suffers with Hiatal Hernia. Look on youtube and you'll find a few tricks. My favorite is right after breakfast (good amount of liquid, nearly a quart) go to the first step of a stair well and jump off....LOL Yes I know it sounds silly but the weight of the liquid hammers the bottom of your stomach and hammers everything back where it belongs.

    Best Luck.

Red cayenne pepper is a stimulant and blood purifier. you want to eat alkalizing foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Pineapple is one of the most alkalizing food you can eat.stay away from gluten and fried, fatty food.
