Semen and urine flow.

After peeing there are still a few drops that come every few seconds that may be repeated up to a minute.

Also after the main ejaculation a few semen drops continue to slowly come up even after a couple of minutes.

I went to the doctors for a check up where I had urine analysis and a few other test and every result came back okay. The only thing they saw is that the bladder is not completely empty after urination. They did not know the cause. They blamed stressed and mentioned that it's possible the sphincter doesn't properly relax. I am 33 years old.

I will go to get a second opinion from another doctor but was wondering if anyone had the same issue or know what it may be?

What you need to think of is that your bladder does no have a stop valve or tap mechanism - often what you need to do is help the system to fully drain.

Many things can prevent this, such as the presence of an infection, clothing that is too tight and restricting your lower abdomen, or / and your groin region, and penis itself. One simple thing many men do not do is to take sufficient time to ensure the bladder and urinary tract is fully emptied before putting the penis away into underclothes and whatever else they are wearing.

So yes, stress can be a part of this - as can other health issues, and you are taking medication for these.

What men fail to be aware of is that there are a whole set of muscles in the groin / genital region that can help control the flow of urine and semen. These are most often referred to as Kegel muscles but they are actually Pubococcygeal (PC) muscles and what you do is pelvic floor muscle training exercises so that you can learn how to switch these on and off, which in turn helps to control fluid flow.

So you may need to think of a range of things: is there a health issue present, are you wearing tight clothing that can interfere with natural urine flow, are your pc muscles weak and simply not allowing you to close or stop the flow of fluids - and so on. Stress is something that impacts on us in many ways and simply can mean we a not fully alert or 'switched on' to what we are doing at all times - something like urination we may think of as mainly an automatic process that we do not need to attend to - when actually, the opposite is true.

Certainly learning about and starting to train your PC muscles will help to remedy or control what you have going on - you can get this to the point where you can stop yourself ejaculating in almost any level of stimulation, that way you fully control when fluids are emitted ......
