does anyone get . . . hard to explain and cannot pin point exact area. . . its a bit like a tight feeling, or been excercising, if you touch area you cant say, yes its here. . . slight backache, nothing to write home about. the area is about 4 inches down from tummy button. been on hormone cream for 4 weeks and all the discomfort from undercarriage is hardly noticeable. wondering if this is just the severe dryness internally. . . . just wish it would all go away, if its not one thing its another. most days i am ok, but it does get me down. . . happy new year to you all x

    stop hormonal lubes, use Primose Oil caps if available in your country
